HOW CAN I MATCH MY CAP?

- The best way to assure you get the right cap is to match the part number on the backside of one of your original caps. Once you find your part number, search your part number in our search bar OR send over your cap info via our 'Can't Find Your Cap' page. 

I CAN'T FIND MY CAP ?!

- No Problem! click 'Can't Find Your Cap' in the search bar OR email a photo of the front / backside of your cap to - sales@wheelcapking.com

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

- Generally, orders are shipped out the next business day via USPS or UPS. You should receive your order within 4-7 days after payment is received. 

Please note that out of stock items will take longer to process. If your cap is out of stock, you will be notified via email. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CAP? 

- Yes! 

RETURNS :

We offer FREE 30 day returns . Please email sales@wheelcapking.com with return requests - and a prepaid return label will be sent within 2 days of request . All return shipping costs after 30 days of purchase will be paid by buyer . If returned cap is received damaged a restocking fee will be charged.

EXCHANGES : 

If you can match the part number on the back of one of your original caps, we can check our inventory to see if we have the caps you need. When returning, Please wrap the cap up so it doesn't get damaged or a 20% restock fee will be charged. Once we receive your return we will go ahead and send out the cap you need in exchange or refund your order.
